The film and video production industry covers a wide array of products from wedding videos, training videos, infomercials, commercials, how to videos, product reviews, TV programing, feature length narrative movie making, documentaries and webisodes. The one thing all these sectors have in common is the process of making a final product: a film. This process makes up the services offered by all production companies and can be defined by six separate stages:

  1. Development
  2. Pre-Production
  3. Production
  4. Post-Production
  5. Exhibition
  6. Distribution.

Each one of these stages requires a specific skill set and accompanying services that are part of a production company’s offering.

Film and video production is a $34 billion industry in the US. In 2015, sources estimate approximately $227 million was spent on digital video advertising in the Greater-Houston Area.  In the US, $11.2 billion was spent on online training; videos being used to accomplish a part of the online training.

Currently, the training video sector brings in the largest percentage of sales, with digital ads coming in second. By focusing our efforts on training videos, and the customers that require them, we build a strong source of repeat business.
